Delivery of Service Policy

1. Nature of service
BlinkSales provides a fully digital, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. All services, including AI sales agents, CRM access, automation workflows, and support, are delivered electronically over the internet. No physical goods are shipped or delivered at any point.
2. Service activation
Upon successful payment and account registration, service delivery proceeds as follows:
- Immediate access: Your BlinkSales account and dashboard are activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- AI agent setup: Your dedicated AI sales agent is configured and deployed within 1–3 business days of account activation, subject to your providing the required business information and onboarding materials.
- Channel integration: WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger integrations are completed within 1–5 business days, subject to third-party platform approvals.
3. Onboarding process
Service delivery requires the following onboarding steps, which the client must complete:
- Completion of the BlinkSales onboarding questionnaire
- Provision of business details, product/service information, and brand guidelines
- Granting necessary platform permissions (WhatsApp Business API, Meta Business Manager access)
- Review and approval of the AI agent's initial training and response scripts
Delays in completing onboarding steps may extend the delivery timeline. BlinkSales is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or delayed client-side actions.
4. Service availability
BlinkSales aims to maintain 99.5% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email. Unplanned downtime due to third-party platform outages (Meta, WhatsApp, cloud infrastructure) is outside BlinkSales' direct control, and credits will not be issued for outages originating from third-party services.
5. Ongoing service delivery
For active subscribers, BlinkSales delivers the following on a continuous basis:
- 24/7 AI agent operation across connected channels
- Real-time CRM updates and lead management
- Monthly performance reports delivered by email
- Ongoing AI agent optimisation based on conversation data
- Technical support via email and WhatsApp during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm GST)
6. Custom software and enterprise services
For clients purchasing custom software development or enterprise system projects, specific delivery timelines, milestones, and acceptance criteria are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon prior to project commencement. Payment schedules for such projects are milestone-based as specified in the SOW.
7. Geographic availability
BlinkSales services are available globally, with primary support and optimisation focused on the UAE, GCC, and wider MENA region. Service availability in specific countries may be subject to local telecommunications regulations and platform restrictions.
