1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BlinkSales (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. BlinkSales is operated by BlinkSales FZ LLC, a company registered in Dubai, UAE.

2. Description of service

BlinkSales provides an AI-powered sales automation platform that deploys autonomous agents to handle lead qualification, appointment booking, and follow-up communications on behalf of businesses via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger.

3. Account registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BlinkSales to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Engage in deceptive or fraudulent sales practices
• Violate WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook terms of service
• Process data of minors under 13 without parental consent
• Engage in any illegal activity
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Subscription and billing

BlinkSales operates on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All prices are in AED and exclusive of VAT. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who have not previously used the Service.

6. AI agent behaviour

While we train AI agents to represent your business accurately, BlinkSales does not guarantee any specific business outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the content and responses your AI agent sends. BlinkSales agents operate based on the training data and instructions you provide.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, BlinkSales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes shall be resolved through the DIFC Courts.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
