2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, business name
• Usage data: how you interact with the BlinkSales platform
• Conversation data: messages processed by your AI agent on your behalf
• Lead data: information about your customers captured through agent conversations
• Payment data: billing information (processed securely via Stripe)

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Operate and improve the BlinkSales platform
• Train and improve AI agents for your account
• Provide customer support
• Send service-related communications
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not use your customer data to train AI models for other clients.

4. Data security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3 respectively. We maintain SOC 2-aligned security practices and conduct regular security audits. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

5. Data retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after account closure. Conversation data is retained for 12 months by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@blink-sales.com.

6. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate BlinkSales:

• Stripe — payment processing
• AWS — cloud infrastructure
• Twilio — WhatsApp and SMS integration
• Meta Business API — Instagram and Facebook integration

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy standards. We only share the minimum data required to operate the service.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request data portability
